My cousin met with an employee called Ileen and they were honestly disgusted with her customer service. You can tell a lot about a person from the way they speak to their customers let alone their employees. She needs to learn how to speak to people and most importantly to have respect for others.
There is no need to go into too much detail but I just wanted to highlight an employee who I genuinely believe is holding back the company. We will never be coming back!
Just updating this to rave some more! I went to a different doctor for my stitch removals yesterday, as I don’t live close the Skin Care Network and he kept telling me quite a few times that it was “beautiful work absolutely beautiful” with regards to the reconstruction and the “surgeon did an amazing job”
Overall, reading the negative reviews, most people are annoyed about consultation prices. It might be worth checking how much dermatologists in private hospitals are charging before booking a consultation so you can compare. From personal experience, consultants in central London charge a lot more than these guys.
