As you see, we are fully registered with the Care Quality commission and no issues have been raised following preliminary assessment.
We look forward to a full inspection and will publish details of the report here. Core points the CQC will look at are:
Are they safe?
Will you you protected from abuse and avoidable harm.
Are they effective?
Will your care, treatment and support achieve good outcomes, help you to maintain quality of life and be based on the best available evidence.
Are they caring?
Do staff involve and treat you with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
Are they responsive to people’s needs?
Will the services be organised so that they meet your needs.
Are they well led?
Does the leadership, management and governance of the organisation make sure it’s providing high-quality care. Also that the care is based on your individual needs, encourages learning and innovation, promotes an open, fair culture.
