Folliculitis & Ingrown Hair
Shaving, waxing or plucking hair can cause folliculitis, the redness and swelling of a hair follicle. It can cause painful spots to form at the follicle. Laser hair removal can be used for treating such medical conditions and it is very effective with folliculitis.
At Skin Care Network we have invested in the latest laser equipment available offering the optimum clinical results. The pigment in the hair follicle absorbs the laser light and converts the light to heat. This in turn damages the follicle and destroys its ability to re-grow.
